What we do
GNH typically buys 100 or so homes per year, selling some but keeping most in our portfolio. We work directly with real estate agents and wholesalers who know that we close transactions. We don’t play games and lock up properties to renegotiate at closing time. We make a deal and we stick with it. Our team has bought over 500 rental properties in recent years and we still own and operate a large portion of those homes.
